Main Street Parkville Association (MSPA) is a volunteer, membership organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Historic Downtown Parkville. MSPA was originally formed to assist with revitalization efforts in Historic Downtown Parkville following the 1993 flood. In accordance with the guidelines established by the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s National Main Street Center, MSPA focuses on:
• Preserving and maintaining Parkville’s historic downtown, including beautification initiatives
• Promoting the economic development of Downtown Parkville
• Promoting and supporting the small businesses located in Downtown Parkville
