The Parkville Turkey Trail Trot started in 1989 with only 7 entrants. In 2012, the 25th year, there were more than 2,400 entrants. The Parkville Turkey Trail Trot exists to promote a family friendly health and fitness event.All proceeds go to support English Landing Park, Parkville Nature Sanctuary, and Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter.

Community Blood Center is the primary supplier of blood for local hospitals and has been serving Missouri and Kansas hospitals for more than 50 years. Community Blood Center needs to collect 580 pints of blood every day and over 140,000 pints annually to meet the needs of our local hospitals. An individual within the area that Community Blood Center serves needs a blood transfusion every 4 minutes.

You can support your local Missouri farmers and take home healthy assorted fruits and vegetables, meats, farm fresh eggs, local honey & honey by-products, jams and jellies, homemade baked breads & sweet treats, plants and cut flowers, herbs, and mushrooms.
